Data deletion

Sign in and go to your Account page. Under Delete account, type DELETE to confirm. Renewals are cancelled right away, and you can choose to delete everything immediately or schedule the deletion for when your paid period ends. When it takes effect, your account is deactivated — sign-in is blocked and your content stops being served — and we then permanently delete your data from our systems, completing within 30 days of that date, after which it also expires from rotating backups.

Facebook and Instagram connections are not yet available in the studio, so we do not currently receive or hold any data from Meta about your accounts. When the integration launches, connecting will store an access token and basic account references only to publish on your behalf — never your Facebook or Instagram password — and disconnecting (or deleting your MMNT account) will remove them.

You can also trigger deletion from Facebook’s side: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove MMNT AI Studio, and choose to delete your data. Facebook sends us a deletion request and you’ll receive a confirmation code to check status here — today that request has nothing to act on beyond your MMNT account itself, which you can delete as described above.

Prefer we handle it? Email support@mmntproductions.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We confirm and complete the request within 30 days. The same address handles data-export requests and any privacy questions.
