Privacy policy

Account data — your email address, name, and sign-in credentials (password-based or Google sign-in). Authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider, Supabase.

Brand & content data — the brands you create, brand guidelines, uploaded references (logos, product photos, menus, catalog assets), prompts and instructions you give the studio, and the content it generates for you, including your generation history.

Billing data — your plan, credit balance, orders, and payment history. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Mastercard Payment Gateway Services) and never touch or get stored on our servers.

Usage analytics — only if you accept the cookie banner, we collect product-usage events through PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how the studio is used and improve it. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

Technical data — server logs, error reports, and rate-limiting counters needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

To provide the service: generating your content, keeping Lumi (our AI creative director) consistent with your brand, storing and serving your media, billing your plan, and answering support requests. We also use technical data to prevent abuse and keep the platform secure, and consented analytics to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your brand content to train our own models.

Generating content requires sending your prompts, brand context, and reference images to AI model providers: fal.ai (image and video generation) and Anthropic (the language model behind Lumi). They process this data to produce your results under their own terms and data-protection commitments. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads unless it is genuinely required for your work.

Essential cookies (always on): your sign-in session, a short-lived content-delivery cookie (mmnt_cdn, expires within 24 hours) that lets only you load your generated media from our CDN, and a cookie remembering your consent choice.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent): PostHog product analytics. You can decline in the banner, and the app works identically without them.

Your database records, account, and uploads are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Generated media is stored in Cloudflare R2 and served through Cloudflare’s CDN. The application runs on Vercel, with background generation workers on Railway (EU). Supporting providers: PostHog (EU, analytics with consent), Sentry (error monitoring), Upstash (rate limiting and job queues), fal.ai and Anthropic (AI processing, US), and Mastercard Payment Gateway Services via NetCommerce (payments). Because the studio is available internationally, some processing happens outside your home region; we rely on our providers’ data-processing agreements and standard contractual safeguards for those transfers.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page: access is blocked immediately, and your data is removed from our systems after a short safety window (up to 30 days, so accidental deletions can be reported), after which it also expires from rotating backups. Billing records may be retained longer where required for accounting or legal obligations.

Regardless of where you live, you can: access and correct your account data in the app; request a full export of your data by emailing us (delivered within 30 days); delete your account yourself from the Account page; and withdraw analytics consent at any time. If you are in the EU/UK, these correspond to your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection), and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We honor equivalent rights for users in all other regions, including the US, UAE, and the wider MENA region.

The studio is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app.
