Terms of service

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The studio is a tool for creating brand and marketing content; you may use it for your own brands or brands you are authorized to work on.

The studio generates images, videos, and marketing content using AI, guided by your brand setup and Lumi, our AI creative director. Plans, credits, and features are managed per brand inside the product and may evolve. AI generation is inherently variable: results differ between runs, similar outputs can occur for different users, and quality depends on your inputs.

Generations consume credits from the brand’s balance according to the pricing shown in the product. If a generation fails on our side, its credits are automatically refunded to your balance. Paid plans renew per the schedule shown at purchase; you can manage or cancel your plan in the product. Payments are processed by Mastercard Payment Gateway Services — we never store your card details. For billing issues or refund requests, contact support@mmntproductions.com and we will review them per our refund process and applicable consumer law.

You keep ownership of everything you upload (logos, references, product photos, prompts). You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for ensuring it is lawful — no infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.

As between you and MMNT, generated outputs belong to you, and you may use them commercially. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them — including factual claims, regulated-industry rules, advertising standards, and third-party rights in your jurisdiction. AI outputs can contain mistakes; the studio does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or probe security, no circumventing rate limits or credit accounting, no generating unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, no infringing others’ intellectual property, and no reselling or white-labeling the service without our written consent.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; access ends immediately and data is removed per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; credits remaining on an account terminated for breach are forfeited. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice for you to export your content.

We aim for a reliable service but provide it “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features, and will communicate material changes in the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MMNT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Mandatory statutory rights in your country remain unaffected.

We want to resolve issues directly — write to us first and we will work it out in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at MMNT’s place of registration, except where the mandatory laws and courts of your country of residence apply to you as a consumer.
