I can't log in / I never got the confirmation email

Check your spam folder for the confirmation email first. If you signed up with Google, use the “Continue with Google” button rather than a password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the reset link on the login page. Still stuck? Email support@mmntproductions.com from the address you signed up with.

My generation is stuck or taking a long time

Most images finish in under a couple of minutes; videos can take several. The first generation after a quiet period can take a little longer while our workers spin up. If a job has been running far longer than that, refresh the page — and don’t worry: if a generation fails on our side, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.

A generation failed — was I charged?

No. Failed generations automatically return their credits to your brand’s balance. If you believe credits went missing, email support@mmntproductions.com with the brand name and roughly when it happened.

How do credits work?

Each brand has its own credit balance, refilled monthly with your plan. Every generation shows its credit cost before you run it; bigger jobs (video, multi-shot bundles) cost more than single images. Unused monthly credits don’t stack — check your brand’s billing page for your balance and next refill date.

My payment failed or I was charged but my plan didn't change

First, retry from the brand’s billing page — most failures are temporary card declines. If you were charged without the upgrade appearing, email support@mmntproductions.com with URGENT in the subject and the approximate charge time. We’ll reconcile it against the payment provider and fix it.

Can I get a refund?

Credit refunds for failed generations are automatic. For money refunds (e.g. accidental purchase or double charge), email support@mmntproductions.com — we review every request per our refund process and applicable consumer law.

How do I download my content?

Use the Download button on any item in your content booth or in the preview window — your browser saves the original file. Videos can be opened full-size with the Open button. If a download doesn’t start, check your browser’s download permissions for the site.

Why can't I share a direct image link with someone?

By design. Your generated content is private: media URLs only work while you are signed in, so a copied link opened by someone else (or in incognito) is blocked. To share content, download it first and send the file.

Who owns the content I generate?

You do — you can use your generated content commercially. Just review outputs before publishing: you are responsible for factual claims and ad-platform rules in your market. Details in our Terms of Service.

How do I delete my account or export my data?

Delete: go to Account → Delete Account, type DELETE, confirm. Access ends immediately and your data is removed after a short safety window. Export: email support@mmntproductions.com and we’ll send your data within 30 days. Details in our Privacy Policy.
